CBD Information

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant.

It’s a naturally occurring substance that’s used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm.

CBD is legal in the UK as long as it contains less than 0.2% THC. As THC is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. CBD is legal in the UK as long as it has been derived from an industrial hemp strain that is approved by the UK.

All our CBD products we sell are legal in the UK. Thorough UK certification process has gone through; Laboratory certificates are provided online for each CBD product.

There are numerous scientific studies done concerning the health advantages of utilising CBD. Below are a few areas where there has been a significant impact

a) Anxiety relief

  • reducing stress
  • decreasing physiological effects of anxiety, such as an increased heart rate
  • improving symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • inducing sleep in cases of insomnia

b) Anti-seizure

CBD has been in the news before, as a possible treatment for epilepsy. Research is still in its early days. Researchers are testing how much CBD is able to reduce the number of seizures in people with epilepsy, as well as how safe it is.

c) Neuroprotective

  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Stroke
  • CBD oil may also reduce the inflammation that can make neurodegenerative symptoms worse. More research is needed to fully understand the effects of CBD oil for neurodegenerative diseases.

d) Pain Relief

  • arthritis
  • chronic pain
  • MS pain
  • muscle pain
  • spinal cord injuries

These are all forms of concentrated CBD.

  • CBD Isolate is a good option for those who would like to try CBD, but who cannot or do not want to ingest any tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the active ingredient in cannabis. Most other CBD products contain at least a small percentage of THC, CBD isolates are 100% THC-free. CBD isolate is a crystalline solid or powder comprising pure CBD. It does not have a distinctive smell or taste. In this powder form it is easy to mix with food, water or take it orally.
  • CBD Hash is a concentrated form of CBD with below UK legal limit of THC . It is composed of crystals from the hemp buds which are crushed. You can use it in cooking, vaping and for smoking.
  • CBD Shatter is an example of a full-spectrum CBD product. By full-spectrum, it means that other cannabis compounds like THC and terpenes are also present. It’s basically a concentration of a high-CBD strain. CBD shatter let users enjoy the full range of effects from CBD strains. It is used for vaping.
  • CBD Jelly offers a quick and effective way to get your daily dose of CBD. Place a bit of CBD Jelly  under the tongue, mix in with food and you can smoke it too. CBD Jelly contains less than 0.2% THC. CBD Jelly is non-psychoactive

Broadspectrum CBD contains a range of naturally occurring compounds from the hemp plant, but typically no tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

A fullspectrum CBD product contains multiple hemp plant extracts, including essential oils, terpenes, and other cannabinoids, such as cannabinol. Fullspectrum CBD products may also contain up to 0.2% of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
